Bulgur is a kind of dried cracked wheat. It is most common in European, Middle Eastern and Indian cuisines. In India it’s known as a “dalia”. Nice amber color bulgur is intended for making pilafs and soups, also it’s a main ingredient in “tabbouleh” salad. Bulgur can be used either in making different dishes, or as a palatable garnish.
